APluscare LLC provides care and support services to our clients with various health care needs in the areas of personal care, behavioral support, recreational and employment services.   • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Address and Resolve all ethical issues within the agency by enforcing and ensuring appropriate ethical practices among all employees of the agency in accordance with APluscare code of ethics policy.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Ensures planning, Monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
  • Recruiting, background checks such as Fingerprint and Drug Test
  • Host Open-Houses and Job Fairs
  • Maintain employees files in-compliance and meet all deadlines with training 
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing APluscare at hearings.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees: following up on work results.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 
  • All other duties as assigned by APluscare

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma required
  • HR Management Degree preferred 
  • Two- Three years of experience in an HR Role
  • proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel
  • knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • excellent communication skills are written and verbal
  • ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
