APluscare is an award-winning behavioral health organization in New Jersey that helps keep adults and elderly individuals safe, healthy, and as independent as possible in their community.

Job Duties:

Install, test, and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners at multiple locations

Manage and maintain all agency processing systems and software programs including centralized employees and programs schedules

Diagnose computer problems; respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Set-up computer equipment, accounts for new users in multiple locations

Maintain inventory for all APluscare equipment at multiple locations

Schedule maintenance and training for staff

Maintain computer networks within all types of organizations providing technical support

Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary

Implementation liaison for testing new technology

All other duties as assigned by APluscare


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Database Administration

Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection or investigation

Organizational skills

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Must be at least 18 years of age
