APluscare is an award-winning behavioral health organization in New Jersey that helps keep adults and elderly individuals safe, healthy, and as independent as possible in their community.

Job Duties:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Diagnose computer problems
  • Monitor computer processing systems
  • Install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs
  • Set-up computer equipment
  • Schedule maintenance and teach staff to use programs
  • Maintains the computer networks of all types of organizations providing technical support
  • Ensure the whole company runs smoothly
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Communicating and coordinating with contractors/outside vendors
  • Testing new technology if needed
  • Manage and maintain all agency software programs including centralized employees and programs schedules.
  • All other duties as assigned by APluscare.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Database Administration

Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection or investigation

Organizational skills

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Must be at least 18 years of age
