Currently seeking kindhearted Program Supervisor to fill positions in the Bridgewater, Edison, New Brunswick, East Brunswick, and New Jersey areas. The ideal candidate will have Residential Program Supervisor experience and be willing to go above and beyond in supporting clients.

Program Supervisor Supervises: Direct Support Professional, Behavior Support Specialist

Responsibilities of the Residential Program Supervisor
• Coordinates IDT meetings and the ISP/ELP.
• Leading and guiding staff in assessing client strengths and needs in relevant development areas
through observation and assessment tools in accordance with APluscare guidelines
• Leading and supervising staff activity with Individuals
• Adhering to the policies and Procedures of APluscare
• Monitoring the well-being of Individuals
• Directly supervising and overseeing DSPs
• Developing and monitoring staff schedule
• Planning recreational and other appropriate activities for Individuals in accordance with their care and
support plans
• Providing training, support, transportation, and assistance for each individual to enable Individuals to
complete daily routines in a safe, healthy, productive, manner
• Assisting in the planning care and support plans and assuming the responsibility for the
implementation and appropriate documentation
• Providing the Program Coordinator with regular updates and reports on all Individuals
• Scheduling Individuals' doctor appointments
• Sign up Individuals for all Wellness Program activities such as Cooking Lessons, chiropractor sessions,
and gym sessions
• Provide all Competency training to DSPs
• Submit Receipts, Timesheets, and paperwork to Payroll
• Submit Weekly Report to Program Coordinator in a timely manner
• Maintain Clean and safe homes in accordance with licensing standards
• Report any issues in the homes to the Housing Department immediately
• Check email on daily basis and respond in a timely manner
• Make sure vehicles are safe and up to date with maintenance
• Conduct monthly fire evacuation drills and record in fire safety log
• Find staffing coverage prior to any opening shift
• All other duties as assigned by APluscare

• A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years
of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection or investigation
• Employee must successfully complete and demonstrate proficiency in all areas of required training
